Can you sell an integration in Notion's gallery?

Measured 2026-09-08. 384 distinct integrations retrieved; the gallery reports 364.

No. Every one of the 381 integrations with a marketplace listing carries a price of zero and has checkout disabled, so nothing in Notion's integration gallery is sold through Notion. The gallery is small, 364 integrations by Notion's own count, and two thirds of them ask to read your email address. Measured September 2026.

Nothing here is sold through Notion

Each listing in the gallery carries a price field and a checkout flag. Across all 381 integrations that have a listing, the price is zero and checkout is disabled every single time. An integration that charges collects the money on its own site.

This is the sharpest difference between Notion and the marketplaces it is usually compared with. The Atlassian Marketplace has 735 apps with a published price. Wix, Shopify, JetBrains and Figma all bill on the developer's behalf. Notion's gallery, as it stands, is a directory rather than a shop.

The choice worth noticing is the fifth row. Notion offers two versions of the user capability, one with the email address and one without, and 66.4 percent take the version with the email. Only 29 integrations use link previews and 3 use synced databases, so the newer surfaces are largely unused.

133 of 381 listings, 34.9 percent, report zero. Read the caution in the limits below before quoting these: the counter does not appear to cover installs made outside the gallery.

Age and maintenance

131 of 384 integrations, 34.1 percent, have not been updated in over a year, and the median was last touched 193 days ago. 199 of them were first listed in 2026, so the gallery is growing quickly relative to its size.

How this was measured

On 2026-09-08 we paged Notion's public integrations gallery and read the data embedded in each page, 24 integrations at a time across 16 pages. Each record carries the integration's requested capabilities, its developer, its created and last updated timestamps, and a marketplace listing with a price, a checkout flag and an installation count. All figures are Notion's own fields.
